I have loved painting for as long as I can remember. Painting offers me a sense of calm and a space to pause, reflect and simply be.

I am drawn to places, memories and experiences that leave a lasting impression on me. Working primarily in oil on canvas, I shape these impressions through colour, light and imagination, painting not simply how things appeared, but how I remember and feel them. Each painting may begin with a place I’ve visited, a memory or a feeling, but I allow my imagination to take it further.

I hope my work brings something personal to others too, perhaps a place they love, a memory they treasure, or a feeling they want to hold on to.
